The user account you have created for DIDB® is personal and cannot be shared with anyone within your company nor outside. If a colleague needs access to DIDB®, they will need to create their own personal DIDB® account.
Starting March 2022, we instituted a password expiration policy for personal accounts. You can check when your password will expire by viewing your profile. On this page you can also change your password at anytime.
If your password has already expired, or you cannot sign in to DIDB®, you can reset your password. This password reset requires you have access to the email account associated to the DIDB® account.
If you or colleagues have any questions regarding your organization DIDB® license agreement and/or your organization DIDB® credentials, please contact us.
